These terms cover your use of byinnovative.com. They are not the terms of any engagement — if we work together, a separate written agreement sets out scope, fees, ownership and everything else that matters, and it takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using the site
This website is operated by Innovative, an unincorporated partnership based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
You may read, print and share the pages here for your own purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to anything that is not published, or use it to distribute anything unlawful.
Nothing here is an offer or advice
The descriptions of what we do, how we work and what engagements cost are published to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they are not advice about your specific business.
Any figures shown for engagements are indicative. Actual scope and fees are set in a written proposal after a diagnostic conversation, and only that proposal binds us.
Do not act on anything you read here without taking advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Case studies and results
Where we publish work we have done, it describes what happened in that engagement, for that business, in those conditions. Growth results depend on the market, the offer, the team and a good deal that is outside anyone's control.
Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or forecast of any particular outcome for you. Where a client is named, we publish it with their permission; where a client is not named, the details have been generalised deliberately.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used under licence. Some visual components are used under licence from their original authors.
You are welcome to quote us with attribution and a link. Please do not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because we thought it was useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise either. Pages may be out of date, and we may change or withdraw anything without notice.
We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site, from it being unavailable, or from any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice. In short: no cookies and nothing stored on your device, and the only personal data we hold is what you send us through a form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes about this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
This applies to the website only. Where we enter into an engagement, that agreement carries its own governing law and dispute resolution clause, negotiated for the engagement — for US clients that is commonly the law of their own state — and it is that agreement, not this page, which would decide any dispute about the work.
